What a COA entry should show

| Product and batch/lot | Connects the report to the exact material under review. |
| Date and laboratory | Shows when and by whom the work was performed, when documented. |
| Method and result | Identifies the analytical method and factual result reported. |
| Report link | Provides the original document rather than an unsupported summary. |
